Cinnamon Roll Bread has all of the flavors of a classic cinnamon roll in a slice of bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 Tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 3/4 cup warm water plus 2 tablespoon
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tablespoon salt
  • Cinnamon Mixture
  • 2 Tablespoon soften butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • Frosting
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soften butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoon milk
Directions
  • Step 1 In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and 1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar. Let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2 In a large bowl, add 3/4 cups water plus 2 Tablespoons, 1 Tablespoon melted butter, 2 cup flour and 1/2 Tablespoon salt. Stir together. Add yeast mixture and beat until smooth with a wooden spoon, dough hook or electric stand mixer with dough hook attachment.  If needed, add in extra 1/4 cup flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
  • Step 3 Knead dough until it doesn’t stick to side of bowl. Continue to knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  • Step 4 Take dough out of bowl and spray bowl with cooking spray. Add dough back to bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Step 5 Mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 Tablespoon sugar. Set aside.
  • Step 6 Spray 9×5 in loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Step 7 When dough doubles in size, remove from bowl and set on flour surface. Knead dough for about a minute.
  • Step 8 Roll out dough so it is larger than the loaf pan, about 10x10in.
  • Step 9 Spread 2 Tablespoons of soften butter all over the surface of the dough. Add sugar cinnamon mixture on top of the buttered surface.
  • Step 10 Roll up tightly and add to greased loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it doubles in size, about 40 minutes.
  • Step 11 Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Step 12 Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
  • Step 13 Prepare frosting: In a small bowl, add 1 cup powered sugar, 1 Tablespoon soften butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 Tablespoon milk. Mix until smooth. Frost loaves while warm.
