Smoked Chicken Legs, they are packet with flavor and incredibly juicy. This makes for a prefect balance of smokey and sweet flavor. This recipe makes a great meal to make for your next cookout or just a weeknight meal.
This is great served with vegetable fried rice and asparagus or try with potato wedges and freshly picked sweet cook, these smoked chicken legs are the perfect meal to make all summer long.
This is a great recipe if you have a Traeger and are looking for an easy and quick weeknight meal that will leave your family requesting this meal. I really enjoy using the Traeger or any pellet smoker over a traditional wood chip smoker because of the ease of use and the temperature regulate its self, without any effort on your part. The pellet flavor I like to use the most, is the signature blend because it goes with anything you will be cooking on the Traeger.
