Chicken and broccoli stuffed shells is very delicious and easy to make. This has the perfect balance of chicken and broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce, all stuffed in a pasta shell. Therefore, it will become a dinner staple that will be on a weekly rotation in your meal plan.
Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 16oz bag of frozen broccoli
- 1/2 pound jumbo shells
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- salt pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 375°F
- Step 2 Place chicken in instant pot with water, chicken bouillon, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. stir. cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Step 3 In the meantime, cook jumbo shells according to package.
- Step 4 Heat broccoli according to package, drain excess water. Set aside.
- Step 5 Remove chicken from instant pot and shred. Set aside.
- Step 6 In the instant pot stir sauce until cream cheese is combined. Remove 1/2 sauce and place in a separate bowl.
- Step 7 Add chicken, broccoli and 1/2 cup shredded cheese to instant pot.
- Step 8 Add 1/4 cup sauce to bottom of 9X9 in baking pan.
- Step 9 Stuff shells with chicken mixture and add to pan.
- Step 10 Pour remaining sauce on top of shells and top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Step 11 Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is slightly golden.
