Delicious pumpkin pie granola is perfectly balanced with sweet notes of brown sugar and maple syrup. Prefect on top of yogurt or eating plain. This recipe come together in minutes, making it a prefect recipe to make for the busy family that everyone will love.
This granola has all the flavors of fall from the pumpkin pie spice. After making this granola, you’ll never need to buy store bought again. This is super easy to make and it is very customizable, you whatever nuts you have on hand.

Pumpkin Pie Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup pepitas
- 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 325°F
- Step 2 Line 9×13 baking sheet with parchment paper
- Step 3 In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and pepitas, Set aside.
- Step 4 In a microwavable bowl, heat the Avocado oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt for about 45 seconds, stirring after 15 second intervals or until sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Once melted and smooth, add vanilla extract.
- Step 5 Pour oil and sugar mixture over the dry mixture, and stir until all oats are coated and moistened.
- Step 6 Pour mixture on lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Step 7 Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way through. Cook until oats are lightly golden brown, making sure not to burn.
- Step 8 Cool completely, once cooled break granola into clusters. Store in air tight container.
